What's included in a standard changeover clean?

A full clean of all rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen, beds made with fresh linen, bins emptied and essentials restocked, plus issue reporting and a presentation check on every visit, so the property is ready for the next guest.

How much does changeover cleaning cost?

A standard turnover clean starts from £20. The final price depends on the size of the property and how often you need us. Deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and other additional support are quoted separately.

Do you offer deep cleans as well as standard turnovers?

Yes. As well as standard turnovers, we offer deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, oven cleans, carpet cleaning, jet washing, property staging and maintenance.

Which areas do you provide cleaning in?

We currently provide changeover cleaning across Greater Manchester, including Bowdon and Hale, plus Wilmslow and Knutsford in Cheshire. Linen hire and consumables cover the whole of the North West, so get in touch to check your postcode.

Can you handle same-day, back-to-back bookings?

Yes. Same-day turnaround is available for back-to-back bookings, and all standard turnovers are completed between 10am and 3pm unless you ask for a different time.
